Refund/Return Policy

Publications:

Because of the nature of the material in our reports, all sales are final. Please let us know of you have any publication issues and we will do our utmost to satisfy your concerns.

Seminars:

If cancellation is received one month prior to the starting date of a workshop, a full refund will be made. After that date, committed charges of $150 will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be made for cancellations received the week preceding the workshop. Substitution of participants is accepted at any time.
