Refund/Return Policy

Publications:

Because of the nature of the material in our reports, all sales are final. However, please let us know of you have any publication issues and we will do our utmost to satisfy your concerns.

Seminars:

If cancellation by a participant is received one month prior to the starting date of a workshop, a full refund will be made. After that date, committed charges of $150 will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be made for cancellations received the week preceding the workshop. Substitution of participants is accepted at any time. Transfers are accepted with approval. Emergency options will be made on individual cases. If a weather/snow emergency is declared in Austin Texas, the TFI seminar may be cancelled or postponed. If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, registration will be moved to the new date. If traveling from outside of the Austin area and a participant is unable to attend due to inclement weather another area, they should contact TFI at (512) 258-8898. A credit certificate will be issued and can be used toward the next TFI conference. In the case of all emergency declarations, credit is fully transferable and substitution of participants is accepted at any time.
