Bob McKnight

Mr. McKnight is a Senior Consultant with CostQuest Associates. Mr. McKnight is a leading expert on economic network costing.   His current focus includes replacement cost new (RCN) studies, unbundled network elements, product pricing, as well as universal service studies and other economic cost analyses. He previously worked at AT&T and BellSouth for 36 years, most recently as Director – Cost Analysis where he supervised the development of economic cost of service analyses, unbundled element studies, universal service analyses and RCN inputs.  He has a BS in Economics from Auburn University.
